Terms and Conditions apply to all orders from our website, factory orders & custom builds. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 We have taken extreme care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.

Acceptance of your order: 
We must receive 50% payment on custom orders or drums that have a build time or 100% on products purchased from our web store. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your E-mail address you will receive an E-mail from us confirming that we have received your order.
Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.

Build timescales: Each build does vary due to the nature of custom orders, On average a typical drum kit will take between 6 to 12 weeks to complete. Sometimes we do complete earlier and DO NOT skimp on quality.

Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling and remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Custom build prices are agreed during the order process.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled.

 All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 2 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.

Our Rights:
 We reserve the right to change our website at any time without prior notice. Storage specifications & software versions may alter as per manufacturers specifications. All images & illustrations within our website are for illustration purposes only

 This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Liberty Drums is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

Returns: If you wish to return a product please contact us first. All our stock is inspected prior to shipping. If your stock is found to be faulty, you may return it to us for replacement or refund using the return and customer service information provided with each item shipped.
It is important that we receive the goods complete with its original packaging within 14 days of initial shipment.
 We cannot accept returned goods where items / original box are incomplete nor if items are not in their original pristine condition i.e. drums that have been wilfully damaged, scratched, neglected, modified, repaired, used which shall be sent back to the customer at their expense.
 We regret that we cannot replace items outside this period.

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@libertydrums.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@libertydrums.com and send your item to: UNIT 3, DABBLE DUCK IND EST, SHILDON, COUNTY DURHAM, UNITED KINGDOM, DL4 2RA.

Please note, when orders are made to your specification then the sale becomes final and no refund is possible.
Gift certificates are NONE Refundable.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: UNIT 3, DABBLE DUCK IND ESTATE, SHILDON, COUNTY DURHAM, UNITED KINGDOM, DL4 2RA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation: You the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, we will issue a refund as long as our returns conditions are met.

Warranty Information:
 Our drums have a lifetime warranty except for negligence and general wear and tear.

Drum maintenance: Simple upkeep of your drums is very important. Make sure you look after them by keeping them clean, not exposing them to direct sunlight or extreme temperature environments which can effect wraps etc. Do your best to protect from the natural elements such as rain, sunlight, frost and keep them covered where practical. Always wipe off sweat or liquid where this occurs as this can cause rusting of the hardware. Be sure to handle your drums with care, and don’t pick up or carry only from the hardware (brackets, lugs, spurs, etc.)

Shipping: The shipping price you are given does not include international costs such as duties, taxes, import delivery fees, or any other fees associated with shipping (domestic or international).

Hold Harmless Agreement: To the extent permitted by law, customer purchasing drum(s) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Liberty Drums, their officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgements, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default of customers, in connection with performance of any work by Liberty Drums, its officers, directors, agents, employees and subcontractors.
