Where can I buy a Liberty Drum?

Please see our dealer page for info. Our dealer list is growing all the time so if we don’t have one near you please let us know as we can contact your nearest retailer and see if we can get them on our list. Alternatively we can deal direct with you. Our main focus is making sure you get your Liberty drums. We predominantly deal Business to business and encourage retailers to sign up using our sign up form.

How do I get a price quote?

What makes you different from other drum companies?

We make our own shells which means we can make ANY ply configuration from the ground up to create your sound. We pride ourselves in being the real deal and love building your dream kit from the ground up. Just like a tailor makes suits. Made in Shildon – England

How do I contact you?

Can I add to my kit at a later date?

Yes, no problem.

Do you offer color matching?

Yes, we will do our best to get as close to your desired finish as possible.

How much is shipping and handling?

Size and weight of your shipment determines the cost of shipping and handling. This will be worked out during your order process.

Are drums tuned before they are shipped?

All our drums are factory tuned before shipped. This excludes shipments where shells are stored inside one another to maximise shipping dimension allowances.

How do I place an order?

We will provide the means to order upon your quote process.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes, no problem but this needs to be arranged in advance so we can plan to give you our best attention, and sweep up.

Do you have backline for your artists

We do provide backline for our artists and do our best to grow the world wide availability.

Once I have ordered my drums can I change my mind?

If we haven’t started your build then yes but additional costs may be charged.

How do I pay?

During the order process we will provide a range of payment options for Inland or international options. Our payment engine accepts most card types or alternatively we can send you a payment form with transfer details.

How long will it take to build my new Liberty Drum?

Each product can be unique so please allow 6 to 12 weeks for your order. Some builds can be completed earlier. We won’t rush a build though as your drums need to be spot on before they leave the factory. An accurate estimation will be given during the order process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please get in touch and we can work out the best shipping rates for you.

Do you have a returns policy?

Do you offer a warranty?

How do endorsements work?
