Liberty Drums takes the issue of privacy very seriously. Liberty Drums is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users by taking all possible measures to protect their personally identifiable information. This privacy statement was developed to outline these measures and disclose the privacy practices of Liberty Drums.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. We do NOT store any financial details such as credit or debit card numbers.
When users submit sensitive information such as payment details, that information is deleted once the transaction is completed and is not stored on anywhere on our database.
We do everything in our power to protect any user-information off-line. All of our users E-mail & address’ information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (such as follow up or newsletters) are granted access to personally identifiable information such as E-mail or address. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to regain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.
Information Collection and Use
Liberty Drums is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Liberty Drums will not release any personably identifying information unless you specifically authorise us to do so or unless required by the appropriate law enforcement officials.
E-mail addresses will be stored and used to contact customers for follow up and support where required. This information will also be used on non frequent newsletters to our customers in which they have the option to unsubscribe.
We will NOT share any customer information with any outside parties.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and paypal for credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
All new members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip/post code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ within any of the E-mails. Alternatively, you may e-mail us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
