Returns, Refund, Cancellation policy:
If you wish to return a product please contact us first. If you wish to return any item please ensure that you have all the original packaging and your proof of purchase.
You are required to provide these items in the event that you need to return any goods.
All our stock is inspected prior to shipping. If your stock is found to be faulty/ not up to standard or not what you ordered, you may return it to us for replacement or refund using the return and customer service information provided with each item shipped.
It is important that we receive the goods complete with its original packaging within 30 days of initial shipment.
We cannot accept returned goods where items / original box are incomplete nor if items are not in their original pristine condition i.e. items that have been wilfully damaged, scratched, neglected, modified or repaired, which shall be sent back to the customer at their expense.
We regret that we cannot replace items outside this period.
